A little note to let you know your two installers for my new water heater were very kind and respectable on doing the job. Jessie was very knowledgeable and explained about the hot water heater. EJ was very polite and courteous each time he had to come in and out of my condo. Most of all your technicians and installers that have serviced my heating and central AC each year since 2007 should be commended as well!
