Air Inc. was outstanding from my first phone call to them to the installation of my new furnace. Julie, the receptionist, customer service is outstanding. It was a pleasure to talk to her about the details of my new furnace. My sales representative Michael B. was outstanding. He gave me a fair price and made sure I had space heaters for my home while my furnace wasn't working before they installed the new furnace. And the technician Joshua C. was fantastic. He was very professional and told me everything that I needed to know about my new furnace. Joshua is very knowledgeable, and he cleaned up VERY well after the job. Outstanding work Joshua and his coworker did installing my new furnace. THANK YOU ALL AT AIR INC.!!!

When our water heater died, Air, Inc. showed up fast and delivered in a way that actually impressed me (which is not easy to do). Jonathan was professional, personable, and refreshingly thorough. He assessed what we needed without overselling, explained everything clearly, and got the process moving immediately. Within two days, the new water heater was delivered and installed. The install team was outstanding. The new unit was slightly different in size, and instead of making it “work,” they reorganized the entire utility closet and rebuilt the platform so everything fit properly and safely. Clean work, clear communication, and no cutting corners. Exactly how it should be done. The next day, I had a few questions. Jonathan came back immediately, and while he was there, he knocked out our scheduled HVAC service as well (which was scheduled for the following week). I love that he was efficient and proactive. He even followed up a week later to make sure everything was running smoothly. I had been searching for a new HVAC company after two very “meh” experiences elsewhere. Air, Inc. is not meh. They are responsive, capable, communicative, and genuinely pleasant to work with. As someone in the service industry myself, I know the difference between average and excellent. This was excellent.

We had an issue with our hot water and assumed it was the hot water heater. Monty came out and serviced the hot water heater and spent quite a bit of time looking into things. He noticed the pressure on our well tank was unusually low and suggested I have someone come check it out. Sure enough, we had a major issue with our well pump that we probably wouldn’t have noticed otherwise. The problem has been solved thanks to our technician being so thorough and knowledgeable.

My furnace died this past weekend and I needed support assessing what was wrong with it. Within an hour, Kay from Air, Inc. came out to my house. He spent 90 minutes troubleshooting and working on my heating system. Although he was not able to get the system running again, he was able to tell me the parts I would require to fix the problem, as well as get me an estimate to replace the system if need be. He was also kind enough to follow up after 24 hours to assure that I was not left out in the cold.

Kenny in particular is exceptional - he walked through every detail with me, never made me feel like my standards were too much to ask, and when a challenge came up mid-installation, he sat down with me and worked out a real solution. He treated my home with genuine care and respect. Rolando and Matteo were equally professional and hardworking throughout. Julie was a true lifeline when things got complicated - calm, responsive, and genuinely in my corner when I needed it most. This was a major investment for me, and these four are the reason I'm still a satisfied customer and will recommend Air, Inc. to others. If you're considering them for a big project, ask for this team.

Monty came out within four hours of my call that my furnace was not working. He was unable to get the part needed, as it was Saturday and one of the coldest days we have had, and a huge snowstorm coming on Sunday. He made sure I had a portable heater; I had a couple of others as well. By noon on Monday, the day after the storm, he called to say he was picking up the part needed. He spent a couple of hours trying to get everything right and got my furnace going. He is one of the most dedicated, hard-working people I have ever met. He stuck at it, finding a blockage that didn’t allow the oil to get through. My furnace is 20 years old. He knows the expense of a new furnace and is helping me figure out the best option going forward. It is so hard to find good, reliable people today, but Air Inc. has a gem in Monty. I look forward to working with him in the future.
