Gio, as they call him, was awesome. Smart, explained all the stuff, knows hearing you need a new system is bad, expensive news. He is nicer than doctors when they tell you the procedure you need to not die, which is how this news feels. You’re scared now if you are reading this. Totally professional and a good guy too. Financing’s available, people! It’s under $200 for a looksie, check that it can be fixed; this is the guy who can fix it. He did in fact get my system running, it’s just running poison, and that’s how I know his bedside manner is quite wonderful.

I called to schedule my annual maintenance on my AC and mentioned my system was cooling to the temperature I had set. Air Inc. told me the technician was near me and sent him over. He found my system was low on refrigerant and replaced it. I was very happy as this improved my cooling and we were in a heat wave! The technician and scheduler took good care of us.
