I had a great experience with our replacement central air system installed by Air, Inc. We have a hydro air system that just needed the AC portion replaced, and I worried about how the work would go. Project Manager Nat was super thorough in preparing our quote, and he thought of a few important things that didn’t appear in the bids from other contractors. The quote was a little higher than the competitive bids we received, but the inclusions (including an all-in-one air handler to manage both heat and air) and payment terms were perfect for our requirements. The installation went smoothly and the follow-up was very helpful. I’m very happy with the whole process and I would recommend Air, Inc. to anyone considering a residential HVAC project.

When our water heater died, Air, Inc. showed up fast and delivered in a way that actually impressed me (which is not easy to do). Jonathan was professional, personable, and refreshingly thorough. He assessed what we needed without overselling, explained everything clearly, and got the process moving immediately. Within two days, the new water heater was delivered and installed. The install team was outstanding. The new unit was slightly different in size, and instead of making it “work,” they reorganized the entire utility closet and rebuilt the platform so everything fit properly and safely. Clean work, clear communication, and no cutting corners. Exactly how it should be done. The next day, I had a few questions. Jonathan came back immediately, and while he was there, he knocked out our scheduled HVAC service as well (which was scheduled for the following week). I love that he was efficient and proactive. He even followed up a week later to make sure everything was running smoothly. I had been searching for a new HVAC company after two very “meh” experiences elsewhere. Air, Inc. is not meh. They are responsive, capable, communicative, and genuinely pleasant to work with. As someone in the service industry myself, I know the difference between average and excellent. This was excellent.

Patrick was very knowledgeable about what we needed to replace our worn-out water heater with the best replacement that would pass all codes. He even talked to my home warranty company and gave them a diagnosis and quote for the new water heater. I love Air Inc. They replaced my furnace and my AC unit.
