It was a pleasure to talk to her about the details of my new furnace. My sales representative Michael B. was outstanding. He gave me a fair price and made sure I had space heaters for my home while my furnace wasn't working before they installed the new furnace. And the technician Joshua C. was fantastic. He was very professional and told me everything that I needed to know about my new furnace. Joshua is very knowledgeable, and he cleaned up VERY well after the job. When our water heater died, Air, Inc. showed up fast and delivered in a way that actually impressed me (which is not easy to do).
Jonathan was professional, personable, and refreshingly thorough. He assessed what we needed without overselling, explained everything clearly, and got the process moving immediately. Within two days, the new water heater was delivered and installed.
The install team was outstanding. The new unit was slightly different in size, and instead of making it “work,” they reorganized the entire utility closet and rebuilt the platform so everything fit properly and safely. Clean work, clear communication, and no cutting corners. Exactly how it should be done.
The next day, I had a few questions. Jonathan came back immediately, and while he was there, he knocked out our scheduled HVAC service as well (which was scheduled for the following week). I love that he was efficient and proactive. He even followed up a week later to make sure everything was running smoothly.
I had been searching for a new HVAC company after two very “meh” experiences elsewhere. Air, Inc. is not meh. They are responsive, capable, communicative, and genuinely pleasant to work with.
