I recently had an oil-to-air source heat pump conversion done by Air, Inc., and while I did send some constructive feedback to the owner directly about other aspects of the process, I wanted to make sure the installation team got the recognition they deserve.
Kenny, Rolando, Matteo, and Julie went above and beyond from start to finish. Kenny in particular is exceptional - he walked through every detail with me, never made me feel like my standards were too much to ask, and when a challenge came up mid-installation, he sat down with me and worked out a real solution. He treated my home with genuine care and respect. Rolando and Matteo were equally professional and hardworking throughout.
Julie was a true lifeline when things got complicated - calm, responsive, and genuinely in my corner when I needed it most.

I am going to recommend this company to everyone I can. Monty and Mike did an amazing job along with working with Julie and Amber in the office. I had a heat pump/central air system installed by another company about 4 months ago. They botched the whole job essentially. The manufacturer and distributor of the system sent me over to these guys, AIR INC. They came out, diagnosed an electrical board with an issue, replaced, and then figured everything else out VERY quickly. I even signed up with them for a service plan on my backup oil heat, which they did in between setting the heat pump up properly. I can't thank these people enough. Very reasonable and helped me out in a really tight spot. Extremely good communication and worked with me every step of the way. After 4 months of the other guys screwing things up, I was definitely a helicopter client, and they just went with it. If you're in their area, use this company. They have good people.

When our water heater died, Air, Inc. showed up fast and delivered in a way that actually impressed me (which is not easy to do).
Jonathan was professional, personable, and refreshingly thorough. He assessed what we needed without overselling, explained everything clearly, and got the process moving immediately. Within two days, the new water heater was delivered and installed.
The install team was outstanding. The new unit was slightly different in size, and instead of making it “work,” they reorganized the entire utility closet and rebuilt the platform so everything fit properly and safely. Clean work, clear communication, and no cutting corners. Exactly how it should be done.
The next day, I had a few questions. Jonathan came back immediately, and while he was there, he knocked out our scheduled HVAC service as well (which was scheduled for the following week). I love that he was efficient and proactive. He even followed up a week later to make sure everything was running smoothly.
I had been searching for a new HVAC company after two very “meh” experiences elsewhere. Air, Inc. is not meh. They are responsive, capable, communicative, and genuinely pleasant to work with.
