Not Left Out in the Cold
My furnace died this past weekend and I needed support assessing what was wrong with it. Within an hour, Kay from Air, Inc. came out to my house. He spent 90 minutes troubleshooting and working on my heating system. Although he was not able to get the system running again, he was able to tell me the parts I would require to fix the problem, as well as get me an estimate to replace the system if need be. He was also kind enough to follow up after 24 hours to assure that I was not left out in the cold.

Following a call regarding no heat, the service tech did a diagnosis and found a defective component. Apparently, due to COVID, the part was not readily available. Air Inc. staff went out of their way to locate the part and have it expedited overnight. The service tech was at my home the next day to properly install it. Air Inc. is responsive, communicates especially well with the customer, and is technically competent.

He went above and beyond his job
I was in a bad situation when my heat stopped working at night around 8 p.m. We called a 24/7 emergency for HVAC, and we got no answer. My wife called in the morning to the same place, and they said they would be out in the afternoon. The house was ice cold with elderly and young children who were feeling sick from the cold. We waited till around 3:30 p.m. and no one came. I called Air Inc. located in Branford. When the lady answered the phone, she said, “Welcome to Air Inc., and how could I make you smile today,” which was nice customer service. She took down my info, and around 8 minutes after I hung up, their technician Jeremy called and said he will be to my house in an hour. An hour later, Jeremy pulled up, thank God! He went above and beyond his job with great customer care and did an awesome job of servicing my oil furnace and got it working! I can’t thank Jeremy enough, and I hope his bosses see this because he is an asset to that company. Thank you, Jeremy and Air Inc.!!!

When our water heater died, Air, Inc. showed up fast and delivered in a way that actually impressed me (which is not easy to do).
Jonathan was professional, personable, and refreshingly thorough. He assessed what we needed without overselling, explained everything clearly, and got the process moving immediately. Within two days, the new water heater was delivered and installed.
The install team was outstanding. The new unit was slightly different in size, and instead of making it “work,” they reorganized the entire utility closet and rebuilt the platform so everything fit properly and safely. Clean work, clear communication, and no cutting corners. Exactly how it should be done.
The next day, I had a few questions. Jonathan came back immediately, and while he was there, he knocked out our scheduled HVAC service as well (which was scheduled for the following week). I love that he was efficient and proactive. He even followed up a week later to make sure everything was running smoothly.
I had been searching for a new HVAC company after two very “meh” experiences elsewhere. Air, Inc. is not meh. They are responsive, capable, communicative, and genuinely pleasant to work with.
As someone in the service industry myself, I know the difference between average and excellent. This was excellent.

We had an issue with our hot water and assumed it was the hot water heater. Monty came out and serviced the hot water heater and spent quite a bit of time looking into things. He noticed the pressure on our well tank was unusually low and suggested I have someone come check it out.
