Air Inc completed a three-day install of a propane heating system conversion from fuel oil furnace. I highly recommend this company for HVAC services.
SUPERB COMMUNICATION
The installation boss Mike inspected the system prior to installation, arrived with the crew on the start of install to ensure there were no questions, and completed an inspection upon completion to ensure everything was satisfactory. The main technician Josh ensured I knew when he’d arrive every day, knocked before coming up from the basement every time, and spent extra time ensuring I knew how to maintain the system and helped set up my thermostats. Julie, the office manager, was easily reached via text, phone, and email throughout the process and was proactive, ensuring I had info for all of the billing and scheduling. Additionally, Julie provided seamless coordination between the permitting, building inspection, oil recovery, and propane delivery.

The technicians on site made a heating system look like a work of art with their organization of the piping and electrical. Additionally, the technicians cleaned their job site and left my basement spotless. It is evident this company takes pride in their work.
