Very appreciative to Monte for making an emergency visit to see why our furnace had suddenly stopped working on a 20 degree day. He got there when he said he would, and he was efficient, obviously knew what he was doing, had a depth of knowledge, and he got it working again. I hope to work with him again in the future.

When our water heater died, Air, Inc. showed up fast and delivered in a way that actually impressed me (which is not easy to do). Jonathan was professional, personable, and refreshingly thorough. He assessed what we needed without overselling, explained everything clearly, and got the process moving immediately. Within two days, the new water heater was delivered and installed. The install team was outstanding. The new unit was slightly different in size, and instead of making it “work,” they reorganized the entire utility closet and rebuilt the platform so everything fit properly and safely. Clean work, clear communication, and no cutting corners. Exactly how it should be done. The next day, I had a few questions. Jonathan came back immediately, and while he was there, he knocked out our scheduled HVAC service as well (which was scheduled for the following week). I love that he was efficient and proactive. He even followed up a week later to make sure everything was running smoothly. I had been searching for a new HVAC company after two very “meh” experiences elsewhere. Air, Inc. is not meh. They are responsive, capable, communicative, and genuinely pleasant to work with. As someone in the service industry myself, I know the difference between average and excellent. This was excellent.

Patrick was very knowledgeable about what we needed to replace our worn-out water heater with the best replacement that would pass all codes. He even talked to my home warranty company and gave them a diagnosis and quote for the new water heater. I love Air Inc. They replaced my furnace and my AC unit. They are a reputable company that I would recommend to anyone.

Jeremy was able to determine the problem quickly, which agreed with what we had been seeing. He used a good workaround to fix it immediately. Very disappointing that the Navien would have a parts failure after just 4 years!
