We had previously had Air Inc install our A/C and been happy with their service, so when it came time to replace our oil-fired furnace and hot water heater with a propane furnace and instant hot water system, they were the first on our list. From dealing with Nat, who came out to our house multiple times to go over the choices and payment options, to Tracie in the office, who handled scheduling and payment, and to the installation staff, we are very pleased with the results. We were given equipment details, the price, and timeframe. Everything is as promised. We are very happy with our new systems and will continue to use Air Inc. in the future for our HVAC needs. Thankfully, just maintenance now.

When our water heater died, Air, Inc. showed up fast and delivered in a way that actually impressed me (which is not easy to do). Jonathan was professional, personable, and refreshingly thorough. He assessed what we needed without overselling, explained everything clearly, and got the process moving immediately. Within two days, the new water heater was delivered and installed. The install team was outstanding. The new unit was slightly different in size, and instead of making it “work,” they reorganized the entire utility closet and rebuilt the platform so everything fit properly and safely. Clean work, clear communication, and no cutting corners. Exactly how it should be done. The next day, I had a few questions. Jonathan came back immediately, and while he was there, he knocked out our scheduled HVAC service as well (which was scheduled for the following week). I love that he was efficient and proactive. He even followed up a week later to make sure everything was running smoothly. I had been searching for a new HVAC company after two very “meh” experiences elsewhere. Air, Inc. is not meh. They are responsive, capable, communicative, and genuinely pleasant to work with. As someone in the service industry myself, I know the difference between average and excellent. This was excellent.

We had an issue with our hot water and assumed it was the hot water heater. Monty came out and serviced the hot water heater and spent quite a bit of time looking into things. He noticed the pressure on our well tank was unusually low and suggested I have someone come check it out. Sure enough, we had a major issue with our well pump that we probably wouldn’t have noticed otherwise. The problem has been solved thanks to our technician being so thorough and knowledgeable.
