We had previously had Air Inc install our A/C and been happy with their service, so when it came time to replace our oil-fired furnace and hot water heater with a propane furnace and instant hot water system, they were the first on our list. From dealing with Nat, who came out to our house multiple times to go over the choices and payment options, to Tracie in the office, who handled scheduling and payment, and to the installation staff, we are very pleased with the results.
