Air, Inc. Comfort Guarantee

At Air, Inc. we guarantee the equipment we have installed will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. We have promised a temperature variance of no more than plus or minus 3 degrees from your thermostat selection whether heating or cooling your home. If the installation temperatures are not achieved, we will make any modifications, repairs or replacements at no charge to you.

“No Lemon” Guarantee

We guarantee that when the equipment we have installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's operating and maintenance manuals, should your compressor or heat exchanger fail in the first 5 years...we will replace it with a brand new model free of charge.

Utility Savings Guarantee

You will save a minimum of 30% on your heating and/or cooling utility costs or we will refund double-the-difference of your savings not realized during the first year. (If your system is not meeting the guaranteed savings, you must notify US to evaluate your system's performance.)

$500 No-Breakdown Guarantee

If your new system breaks down and we do not fix it within 24 hours, during the first 2 years of installation, we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience.

$500 Installation Date Guarantee

If we do not show up on the installation date promised (providing date has not been changed and authorized by both parties) we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience.

Property Protection Guarantee

All property such as lawns, shrubbery, carpeting, floors, walls, furniture and door frames are protected. Damaged property will be replaced or repaired. Protective shoe covers and floor mats will be used on all traffic areas.
