Call Representative
Always a good call experience with Air, Inc, (Theresa?)
One surprise: did not see notification that service contract had expired. I like there to be continuous coverage in case of emergencies. My contract had covered heating and AC. Yesterday's visit had me renewing service contract for heating. I would like AC to be covered too.
